    Every rude.The older man refused to talk to me but would rather talk to my husband and he was very rude when he spoke to me. It looks like they live in the restaurant. Very dirty. I don't know how they have the health score they have.

    The food is flavorful, as well as the crew. This is really one of favorite local restaurants.

    Phoung Loung was closed so we went there for the first time. There was only two tables filled and they left us there for 15 minutes ignoring us while the owners family were eating, no water, no service, no nothing. They said hello when we walked in and couldn't have missed us. I don't know about the food we were never offered any but obviously they don't worry about the customers.

    Their Thai Beef Pho is unbelievable. In a two-week period, my boyfriend and I have bought it from here four times.
